Cancellation Policy
Refunds, Changes & Cancellations Policy
Client acknowledges that all travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators.
In the event of cancellation or changes to any booking, the Client agrees to the following:
- The Client is financially responsible for all supplier-imposed cancellation fees, change fees, and penalties, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
- These fees may result in the partial or total loss of payments made.
- If cancellation occurs after deposits or payments have been made, the Client agrees to reimburse Jess-Setter, Travel by Jess for any non-refundable amounts or penalties charged by the supplier.
- If such fees are charged to Jess-Setter, Travel by Jess on the Client’s behalf, the Client agrees to pay those amounts promptly upon invoice.
Jess-Setter, Travel by Jess is not responsible for refund decisions made by suppliers and does not guarantee any refunds.
Client acknowledges that they have been advised of the risks of cancellation and the availability of travel protection insurance.
By signing below, Client agrees to these terms and accepts full financial responsibility for all supplier-imposed penalties.
